Professional Growth Through Ethical Community Impact
Internships & Mentorship
Gain professional experience while contributing to real community impact
At Kipepeo Pathways, our Internships & Mentorship Programs are structured add-ons to our core voluntourism placements. They are designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to turn their volunteer experience into meaningful career development.
All internships and mentorships are community-based, supervised by local experts, and aligned with international best practices. You will work directly alongside Kenyan professionals and community leaders, gaining hands-on skills while supporting our commitment to measurable community income uplift.
