Our Broader Youth Team
Supporting our leadership are 25–35 local coordinators and youth assistants recruited directly from host communities across all project regions. These young professionals (aged 18–30) receive intensive training in WASH, agroecology, conservation techniques, digital skills, child protection, and international sustainability standards. Many start as project assistants and advance along clear career pathways: Assistant → Coordinator → Zonal Trainer or Impact Manager.
They live the values of Kipepeo Pathways every day — turning volunteer labor into lasting infrastructure, new skills, and sustainable livelihoods.
