Olchorro Girls’ Empowerment & Dignity Initiative
On 16 July 2026, Kipepeo Pathways partnered with Entaisere Community Organization to deliver our inaugural community outreach in Olchorro, Kajiado County. In one day, we reached 120 girls with dignity kits, mentorship, and hope, helping them manage their periods with confidence and stay in school.
A day of dignity, mentorship and hope
On 16 July 2026, Kipepeo Pathways partnered with Entaisere Community Organization to deliver our inaugural community outreach in Olchorro, Kajiado County.
In one day, we reached 120 girls with dignity kits, mentorship, and practical knowledge to help them manage their periods with confidence and stay in school.
The programme took place at Olchorro Comprehensive Primary School and Paranai Comprehensive Primary School, bringing together girls, boys and teachers for a day focused on dignity, health, confidence and opportunity.

What we did
The Olchorro Girls’ Empowerment & Dignity Initiative combined practical support with meaningful education.
Menstrual health and mentorship
Girls took part in structured mentorship sessions covering menstrual health, self-esteem and dignity.
Dignity kits
We distributed sanitary pads, liquid soap and toilet paper to help girls manage their periods with greater confidence and dignity.
Boys as allies
Separate sessions were held with boys to build understanding, respect and support around menstrual health and dignity.
Building school libraries
We donated 60 story books to help start school libraries and encourage a culture of reading.
Environmental conservation
Together, participants planted 40 trees, contributing to environmental conservation in the community.
Voices from the field
The impact of the programme was felt not only through what was distributed, but through the knowledge, confidence and conversations created during the day.
This programme addressed an important need in our school. The girls received practical knowledge while both boys and girls learned about hygiene and respect.
Beyond receiving sanitary products, they gained knowledge, confidence, books to encourage reading, and trees that will benefit future generations.
Every girl deserves to attend school with dignity.
